Part of me, I'm ashamed to say, wants WW3! Why?

It would distract me from dwelling on the other issues in my life - old age; loneliness; pain; death.

Instead I would be glued to the PC/TV watching events unfold and feeling part of history even though...it probably won't be history because Mankind will probably perish. No doubt I'd find it exciting. And my will to live/survive would probably be revitalised as I stocked the larder and prepped generally. I hope WW3 never happens but I find it disturbing I harbour these dark thoughts.
