The front line that currently exists, plus or minus a few hundred square miles, was established in the 1st month and was the exact line that was authorized by the Russian Parlement prior to the incursion. If Russia wanted to "take Ukraine", they would have.
Ukraine has days where they lose 1000 Ukrainians.
We don't expect NATO to get involved, ever. No matter how few Ukrainians are left. "To the last Ukrainian" is official US policy and the stated goal of Zelensky. We aren't going to go to global war over what remains of the Ukrainian armed forces. Remove Zelensky, who campaigned on peace with Russia and replace him with someone who cares about the Ukrainian people.
