We are neighbors with a DINK couple in their 50s and they are very friendly and helpful but just odd. They have all the material things anyone could want; huge beautiful home, nice vehicles, vacation home abroad, yet still seem very unfulfilled. When you chat with them they are so excited and eager for interaction. They live for Halloween and Christmas and any excuse to socialize. They just seem so sad and lonely.

And, what will she be bringing to the table? A worn out vag, empty nest syndrome, and a decent income? No thanks.
