I volunteer for a Veterans organization. You'd be amazed at the people that have something stupid or shitty to say to me. I try to control my temper but I have bitten peoples heads off.
They could just as easily have kept their smart ass comment to themselves.

I laugh when I remember one pink haired bitch with a nose ring saying to me " I'm against war". I quickly responded with "dont knock it till youve tried it!".

Of course I'm againt US involvement in any conflict. Israel, Gaza, and jewkraine can all burn in hell as far as I'm concerned. No more brother wars for the jew.

Sorry to rant but this gets my back up.

Strange! The V.A.Houston is completely opposite,the "Volunteers" here are a valuable asset and treated with respect.

To be fair, the Houston V.A. has a reputation for being the best in the country. I know a boomer veteran that just sold everything to move there because his health has faded to the point he needs constant care. He spent the last decade building his dream home in Hawaii, but had to walk away.
