Hand guns are still here, just longer. All you need is a doctors note saying you have no mental illness and are part of a shooting range or have a reason, like you shoot birds in your spare time. Not hard to do if you actually wanted one legally.

Guns are super illegal there, and using a gun is extra super illegal, as well as easy to spot. Drones are cheaper, not illegal (so long as you aren't caught in the act, plausible deniability may prevail), and it's less obvious who is using it.
