Man, if you have to ask voat how to install a Linux distro, then Linux is not for you. To learn how to use it, you'll need to know how to use a search engine... Which you will need to be doing a LOT of.
Assuming your on windows download rufus Install rufus Run Rufus Restart with the OS installed on the usb drive make sure you go into the BIOS to run from USB first

Download a linux OS
