My experience getting banned and reinstated. I was banned for commenting on a photo of a doctor standing next to his zippertits atrocity. I said, "He should be hung". Boom banned, but I rarely used twitter so I didn't really care. Still had this banned account that was un usable. Fast fwd to X. I found that I wanted to do some j pilling so I had an old email and opened a new account. Whenever I wanted to comment on an X Tweet, I would be signed in to the disabled account so I decided to delete the old account. I had to do an appeal to delete the old account which involved a few steps. At the final step, they fully reinstated the account ! Therefore, I suggest going through the motions to delete the account, which requires an appeal process and see what happens. For me, I now have 2 accounts , the old Twitter and the new X account. I still don't use them very much but that's my experience.
