BUT. Kenner is a lot different than New Orleans. The city of Kenner, and the parish (Louisiana for “county”)it is in is where the white folks live. Kenner has one of the best police forces in the US. And neither Jefferson Parish Sheriff nor Kenner Police tolerate nigger antics.
