Call it lawfare. Call it intimidation tactic. In the end it's a humiliation ritual and it's working as intended to hollow out your trust in the system. And not just the judical branch but the system as a whole.
Think of all the steps involved in pursuing this frivolous case. The judge who probably shouldn't have graduated high school but somehow got into college and passed the bar. The prosecutor and local law enforcement all acting happily in violation of the 2nd ammendment. It all goes to show you that you can't vote yourself out of this. Laws already don't matter to these people.
