These cases have a way of taking on a life of their own and going in directions that the communist/democrats never even thought of.

They only think of the immediate outcome. They don't foresee what happens when a case that was originally brought to try and hammer someone they didn't like into the ground comes back around to bite them square on the ass.

Every single gain made in favor of 2nd Amendment rights being restored in recent history, by decisions made in the SCOTUS, started just like this, with the communist/democrats cleaning, loading, and cocking the gun that will end up being used to shoot them in the foot.

It's what happens when any aristocracy becomes too disassociated from the populace they rule. They are surrounded by yes men, their crimes insulated from law, their every whim seen too behind the scenes to such a degree that they live in a complete fantasy world.

You are not wrong but look at it through their perspective: what does it matter if SCOTUS affirms that the law is indeed the law. We all knew that already. Think of the mountain of relevant cases that preceded this newest farce.

Call it lawfare. Call it intimidation tactic. In the end it's a humiliation ritual and it's working as intended to hollow out your trust in the system. And not just the judical branch but the system as a whole.

Think of all the steps involved in pursuing this frivolous case. The judge who probably shouldn't have graduated high school but somehow got into college and passed the bar. The prosecutor and local law enforcement all acting happily in violation of the 2nd ammendment. It all goes to show you that you can't vote yourself out of this. Laws already don't matter to these people.

Technically, the entire point of statehood was reciprocity between the federal gov and the state. If the state no longer has representation by the gov, it can legally secede. Where people get tripped up is on assuming the federal criminal syndicate will GRANT you permission to secede, which has to be the dumbest fucking shit i have heard in my life.
