That video has been doing the rounds here for several days now in un blurred format. Clearly they are both of the same unmentionable race and by the youths lack of response thee was obviously something more going on between them.

They may be related but even if that's the case that was wildly inappropriate. The kid may not be aware that he's being severely groomed and with how comfortable that guy was doing that I'd say it's gone much further than that.
