I think they're doing a great service to the public at large, building good, solid homes for people for so little. You can get a whole house for $25,000, and it's yours, no jew usury required. It can be connected to everything, or be off the grid so you have fewer bills.

Carlin had a point when he said a house is for all your stuff. How much "stuff" do we need? If you have the land and a bunch of stuff, get a few sheds. If I ever get all the cash for that, that might be what I do.

"Tiny Homes."

"When your entire housing budget only allows you to live one whole step above sharing a 'pod' or dumpster with strangers."

"It's like living in a backyard playhouse! But for grownups! Won't that be fun?"

"In fact, we'll even build it right there in your parent's backyard! It'll be like old times!"

"MA! SEND OUT MORE HOTPOCKETS!"

("Thanks jews!")

My mother lives in a 399 square foot tiny home that I paid 60k for five years ago, which she can now sell for 90k. The rub is that in most states, anything under 400 square feet, they can’t tax you. So it’s hard to find a place to park them. You can own the land, but when the county finds out it’s too small to tax you, they fight back. I’ve spent more on lawyers than I did for her home.

This is just a rebranding of the "Mobile Home," or "Trailer House."

WAKE UP.

"The Woody" version of their Tiny House is $75,000. You can get into an real home at, or near that price.

Please show us a house for $75,000. Unless it's being bought at auction for back taxes, I have hard time believing that can be done

Check small Mid-West towns on Zillow.

Well you would indeed appear to be correct, however I think I would rather live in a van down by the river before moving to rural Kansas.
Does Fire insurance cover tornadoes, or do you have to get insurance through FEMA for that?
Are they allowed to have a fence around their quarter acre lot,or is that against the HOA rules?
Does the house come with a meth pipe or do I buy that separately?
I have so many questions for Zillow

Where can you get a "real" home for that price? Something you can move right into?

[ - ] KosherHiveKicker 0 points 1 weekApr 26, 2024 21:01:17 ago (+0/-0)

In the smaller towns of the Mid-West. You can land a starter for near that.

If you do plan to build a house, be prepared for at least a two year (probably three) wait for your permits, along with $50-250k+ in fees, tests ...

Foundation house fee cost, but a THOWs is now legal as of 2022, as below.

People may now move a tiny house on wheels onto a residential property, and then live in it. This will save years off the usual process of building a house, obtaining many building permits, inspections, and costly utility hookup requirements. The new permits will be available via a “ministerial” process. This means that the county staff must grant a permit if the requirements are met. There is no opportunity for planning staff to delay or deny a permit application based on their opinions, which has been a major point of contention for other home builders.

Sounds like fees are way lower. Has to be licenced by the department of motor vehicles.

This is why, come the revolution, one of the first things that will burn during the "mostly peaceful protests" will be the records at the county courthouse.

And I will suddenly own all the land within rifle shot of my porch. Anyone choosing to dispute my claim better come heavy.

I bought a cabin kit from "Jamaica Cottage Shop", based out of Vermont. Purchased 3 acres of heavily forested land in Hawaii and built it myself with a friend. Been living off grid with the wife for 3 years with no real complaints. I'm thinking about building another cabin this summer so we can rent out the first one. We have solar power, composting sanitation, and water catchment. My only hookup is fiber optic internet.
Life is good and I'm only an hour from the beach.
I recommend it to anyone looking to be self sufficient and out of the city.

Yay, a not-shitting-on-it comment.

No one should be okay with living in a tool shed. We should strive to live in luxury and throw the jews out.

What is luxury by your standard? My cabin in 3 acres of woods is 20x10 and it's all the space my Wife and I need. I spend most of my time outside with my animals enjoying nature. I only ever step foot in it to go to bed. I cook at an outdoor kitchen I built myself. I shower and shit comfortably surrounded by beautiful scenic plants watching Cardinals and Finches eat at my bird feeder. I have high speed internet, all the electricity I care to generate, and free water that falls from the sky. My mansion is my private forest. What more could you want white man? Boats and hoes?

Of course the drawback is when someone explodes the toilet in that tiny bathroom... You'll have open the tiny window and vacate the tiny residence until the place airs out. Yes, a bit of a challenge when pouring rain or a blizzard.

Bring back ‘the outhouse’.

In severe weather that Tiny Home is going to be destroyed.

In a tornado, or hurricane that thing will perform no better than a trailer home.

[ - ] ItsOk2bArian 1 point 1 weekApr 26, 2024 20:01:18 ago (+1/-0)

You can get hurricane ties that come with the kit, I did

But it only takes a minute or two to air out the tiny area
