Not the way we say it - it’s just guard with an ee sound at the end. If you ever talk to them you just call them guard or Garda (an í or aí at the end of a word is how we pluralise, like an s in English). Never call them officer or anything like that, as a general rule in Ireland people dislike formality, so if someone is in a position that they need to be addressed respectfully you just call them by their job title instead of anything formal, so similarly you never address a judge as anything other than “judge”. And never call an Irish person sir or madam, not sure why but everyone here really hates that.
