What am I missing? If the car had not been on auto-drive, and the exact same circumstances had occurred, the driver would not have been charged. People have distracted driver accidents all the time, never get charged.
Wait until one is on auto-drive and they kill someone and the driver still gets charged. Sleeping with both feet out the passenger window.
