It is almost foreign to see a piece of good news. Surely this is part of something dark because I don't even feel deserving of *checks tweet* compensation for being fucked over.

Hang on, what if I want a flight changed or whatever? Now they just give me a refund and tell me to fuck off, you have your refund. No God damn it, you need to compensate for a new flight immediately, which will not cost the same as this refund.

they're fucking over common people and letting airlines refund tickets vs giving immediate flights. this helps the airlines. The government never helps us. this is par for the course.

Good for the ppl but now I also can't help but think will the airlines "push thru" or look the other way on a maintenance issue so they don't have to cancel or delay a flight? It may actually end up putting ppl in a more dangerous situation.
