Trying to reprogram my brainthing regarding carbs etc. I know how to get into keto, I can eat all meats but no cheese and milk, which I live on. I can eat more than just meat, if it is green/veg or (healthy)fruit. Right now I am at: meat patties, pork and beef, salads and bananas(Shakes!) and frozen strawberries and "berries"(mixed) I'm avoiding pasta, which I like... a lot.
Not trying to de-fat, trying to get my muscles back, while losing the pudge (ok maybe a little de-fatting is in order) Changing my diet because old one is fucked and its working.
So, I should keto nocarb to get the burnoff... then dont slop but reintroduce carbs and dairy... I think.. Going for the caloric deficit, I'm definitely hitting that at least a little
I know you guys have opinions on these methodologies. Go ahead.
