Meat Veg Balance (with a dirty look at carbs)

Trying to reprogram my brainthing regarding carbs etc.
I know how to get into keto, I can eat all meats but no cheese and milk, which I live on.
I can eat more than just meat, if it is green/veg or (healthy)fruit.
Right now I am at: meat patties, pork and beef, salads and bananas(Shakes!) and frozen strawberries and "berries"(mixed)
I'm avoiding pasta, which I like... a lot.

Not trying to de-fat, trying to get my muscles back, while losing the pudge (ok maybe a little de-fatting is in order)
Changing my diet because old one is fucked and its working.

So, I should keto nocarb to get the burnoff... then dont slop but reintroduce carbs and dairy...
I think..
Going for the caloric deficit, I'm definitely hitting that at least a little

I know you guys have opinions on these methodologies.

Easy way to beat carbs is to realize that grains are for cattle and slaves.

I've heard lots of bad things about grains (counter-narratives).
My programming makes it hard to believe, but I'm all about finding out.

are grains bad for us? in general? or do we just overconsume them? I dont know I'm really asking.
I remember people saying corn-fed to indicate the person was of large stature(strong not fat).

Grains are just too much of a good thing.
Our Hunter-Gatherer genes are expecting us to go long periods of time and expend a lot of energy before we get some carbs in the autumn.
So, we eat a plate of spaghetti and our genes are saying "I guess it's time to fatten up for winter!"
Meanwhile, you are eating autumn food, 3 meals a day, every day of the year.

But, hey, if you heed to feed 10,000 slaves to build a pyramid, or need a little more fat on a cow before sending it to slaughter, grains are great!

It's less the carbs and more the processing. Whole grain rice with a little butter and salt? Not gonna hurt you. Bleached flour with seed oils and hella preservatives so your pre-sliced bread will still be good two weeks after you open it? Enjoy your poison.

Eat lots of carbs and put on weight. You will need the reserves when WW3 breaks out for real and resources become scarce.

I've implemented this and it works great.

Eat whatever you want until you don't like how you look in the mirror. Then switch to hard keto for 3 days and then go on a fast for 5 days. Rinse and repeat. Easier than worrying about calories and helps rid your body of retarded shit.

Usually keto allows at least some dairy, since dairy is mostly fat and protein. Don't eat sugary yogurt or ice cream or w/e, but a slice of cheese shouldn't hurt. Though if you're a male over 35 you don't want to overdo dairy.

You don't need as much calcium once your bones stop growing.
