How is it even possible to manufacture something so small and so precise? On top of that, mass produce it. I know what you’re saying. It’s wild. I always chuckle when they say "massive" heart attack.
Your heart is very small. The attack probably occured on a tiny portion that stopped it from working. There is nothing massive about it.

I think people say massive because otherwise people have to acknowledge just how constantly on the edge our lives are.

Worth mentioning too that Italians screen their athletes for potential heart problems a lot more vigorously than most. Wonder what they’ve started missing in their screenings in recent years (Christian Ericksen was with Inter when he had his heart attack in 2021 too, although he was playing for Denmark when it occurred)
