Road Rash is horrible on sites that flex, and stretch the skin repeatedly. Imagine having the huge scab that is going to from on his ass pulled every time he attempts to move.
Low speed road rash takes nearly a month to heal. High speed road rash like this is like being a serious burn victim, this guy is in for months of total agony with very little sleep, and he'll be largely immobilized in the same position the entire time. They're probably going to have to skin graft that big of an area. I'd say he earned his new motorcycle code name of Franken-ass.

Of course they don't wear the proper gear, and if they do they buy the cheapest possible chinesium trash that's barely better than a tissue paper. Proper gear costs proper.
Even if you don't ride, watch out for these idiots. They can, and will, kill you while thinking that they're doing nothing wrong.
