Ha, is this a @tallestskill joke? On the old site I would see him say this and I could never tell if he was joking or not. Until I found some old post putts made about the report feature that included a link so the userbase could see who reported what. It was part of a larger roll out that never happened and everyone forgot about it, including putt I expect.

I would check the report logs out of curiosity now and again just to see who was actually clicking the report button. It was tallest skill. Every time. When he said he reported you by god he actually did. Not that it did anything other than log a record of a report if you knew where to look or that anyone even saw it; maybe aside from me. I thought it was quite hilarious and I have no idea if it was intentional or not on his part but I did appreciate that he followed through with what he said. Every time.

Yeah, it was part catharsis, part proof that “the rules” aren’t ever actually followed except in the interests of specific, well, interests. Like the Conspiracies board on Communities.win today, for example. There’s a formal rule there exclusively because of me (no personal attacks, also no abusing the report function). Except… it’s not enforced at all EXCEPT toward me. Since the day it was written, I’ve never used a personal attack on that board. Not once. Every single personal attack against me remains up, even if I report them under that specific rule.

We have zero support from any form of authority, anywhere we go. Even the report functions on completely meaningless, tiny sub-communities of alternative websites prove this.
