A few years back I got the worst sun burn of my life. It was probably the most painful thing I experienced. They should put him out of his misery.

A sun burn actually takes 24 hours to develop, it's mostly chemical damage.

What you have to do is absorb the free radicals with Vitamin E, C, and maybe D.

And hydrocortisone, and Vinegar, and Ibuprofen.

If you take fish oil before going in the sun it will offer protection

The worst thing you can do if you set yourself on fire with the intent to kill yourself is to hold your breath. The way you actually die from burning is if you inhale flames and your lungs get seared and they can no longer deliver oxygen in your blood and you pass out and you die from lack of oxygen. If you hold your breath your lungs are not going to get damaged but your skin and everything else is going to be burned horribly. Ironically the fact that your skin is burning is going to keep you from bleeding to death because your blood's going to coagulate at the surface of your body rather than letting you bleed out.
