My job just hired two Haitian folk. They're learning English fast and they're good guys. Turns out that you don't move fast towards them, and you don't crowd them. They can't handle it. They come from a place where it's crowded and violent. I honestly think Every country but Mexicans are trying. And yes they will get their big brother to kick some ass but if you stand in the right they'll leave you alone. Never talk shit if you can't back it up and never run. They see both as cowardice.
