You know i'm chuckling when I heard on NPR because yeah there wasn't anything else to listen to that they talked about the historic flooding and sure enough somebody said how these intents and crazy once in a lifetime storms were becoming more regular because of You guessed It climate change. Of course there was no mention of the fact that they had done cloud seeding the day before.
