Israelite was the tribe of largely jewish ethnoreligious affiliation, as opposed to the priestly orders of Kohanim and Levites. Judah was a Davidic Dynasty a state/province within the tribe, and Galilee was the township.

Its like saying American in USA, NY, Brooklyn.
