They both found out they were being cheated on. Guy asked the woman if they might go out considering the circumstances... the woman who just had a man help her in an unimaginable way decides to have a threescore with the husband and cheating wife.

The guy shot all three in the foot. Spent 7 years in jail. Worth it but maybe he should have killed them all.
