IKr, and iirc that victim in question was an off duty cop that was driving a truck, the whole reason for the blood test was because of the head on crash from a suspect being chased by police into his truck on the interstate and the cops wanted the blood draw (because if he was on something it would help make their 'dangerous pursuit' less of an issue because here's drunk willy trucker out of his mind on the road causing crashes smdh).
