You're probably good if you're far enough away from the cities and civilization. Do you have one of those insulated and solar heated greenhouses? Doesn't freeze here, but got close enough last year that all the hot peppers bit the big one. This past winter was fine for all but a few extra sensitive plants.

I wish I had a fancy greenhouse. Mine is an unfancy, fairly hideous greenhouse made of really old windows. It adds a solid month either side of the growing season, but is completely useless in Winter. I grow greens, and cannabis indoors during Winter/Spring.
I envy your zone, bro.
The nearest city to me is an hour away, and is only a couple hundred thousand people.
This is one of many youtubers who visited this 'greenhouse in the snow'. One of his heating methods is a long underground air circulation pipe that picks up relative heat from underground and brings it into the greenhouse. I've seen several others like this, including in Canada. You could grow tropicals with this style of greenhouse. Or, just veggies in the winter.
What I've gathered is you need to insulate and only glass the south side facing the sun. Partially underground helps, as well as a thermal mass to keep the temps up overnight.

They all need to leave except the actual Canadians.
