Did AI and brain weapons technology get appropriated essentially by the US from Nazi Germany and their occult experiments?

Nazi tech basically got us to the moon. This book doesn't seem so unlikely to me these days:

Brain weapon tech is relatively new. Around 4 to 5 decades or so, but it's currently spiking exponentially. Find a mind control video by one of the researchers studying military applications. Fun stuff.

Looks like the precursors were secretly discovered in Germany by the US at the end of the war and then the Soviets copied the US. The first real application by the US was in the late 60s to control the press and the raging domestic discontent then existent. With AI especially this stuff is now as simple as beaming it into your brain with a satellite transmitter. Whole populations are being secretly manipulated.

Himmler and his henchmen were definitely into such stuff. This particular book also claims he wanted to use eugenics to make Germany as blonde as possible. Blondes are really mostly concentrated in the northwestern part of the country near Holland.

Not so much Hitler though. And not so much Satan. My info is this was mostly the SS conjuring occult forces that weren't Lucifer but I guess fallen angels that had split off from him.
