I for one think that adults should be allowed to poison themselves, but we should still call it what it is. When we call it recreation we can fool ourselves that it's safe like visiting Disney land. "Only a few fall of the ride." No, you are literally choosing to poison yourself.

Honestly I think this law bullshit further gives people a sense of safety net that isn't really there. "If it was really that bad someone will stop me." But if you give people full and complete agency they understand that offing themselves 7/8ths of the way there is something they are allowed to do they will be confronted with that choice on those terms.
