Yesterday I ate nothing but meat.

I have discovered the magic of the treadmill.
Was doing it occasionally, but started everyday over 1 mile (about 10 minutes).

Instead of just observing my weight, I'm going to try and change it, not much, just wanna see my 6 pack and burn down that last inch.
I've lost decent lbs on low-carb, high-meat in the past, but never felt a need to revisit.
I weighed 185 last week. 184 yesterday, took a big shit now I'm at 183.
Continuing mild lifting as well to keep from losing the gunshow.

This is my first structured attempt at losing even a single lb for probably the last 20 years.
I'm fit but I'm in the hole of burger debt and working my way to where I really wanna be (beach body).

Anyway, going to try and get fat burned down but not trying to get smaller.
Sitsups everday now, they dont even bother me anymore also home gym.

Yesterday had whole grain cereal at start(quick), after that only meat. Lunch was lunch meat without bread or condiments. Not too much, just enough to let me go back to work feeling ok. Dinner was 1 and a half pork burger patties (?steakhouse onion? idk its good tho). No caffiene all day and night, none, no soda, no sugar. Peppermint herbal tea. All these things except the meat are foreign to my latchkey mind, I dont care, it's working.

I'm usually 190lb. Today I am 183 and I have more energy than I ever had while swilling sugared coffee. I am calm.
I have not eaten today, but I am ravenous. I am going to not add the hash brown today, just sausages, maybe some grits for lunch.

btw, I'm over 40.

I've been eyeballing the eggs in the fridge, I've heard good things.
I also stopped using butter, olive oil now, its actually really tasty. I really thought I would miss butter.
Creatine makes me nervous as I was taking it a while back when I had some stomach issues.
Will probably give it another shot soon, but first I wanna see them abs. I know they are in there, not much fat, but enough that I cant see em.

Keep the butter, ditch the "olive oil".

Butter, on the other hand, is essentially vitamin spread.

If you can stomach it, a couple toes of raw garlic every morning is great for metabolism/digestion. Start small, it irritates some people's digestive tract at first.

Look into a bit of basic keto foods. Broccoli is your friend for fiber.

As long as it's not all fish, there should be enough fat in the meat to not cause issues.

Hydrate and ensure you get enough salt / electrolytes.

Dude, fiber helped. I didn't even know most people shit EVERY SINGLE DAY.
I had been ploppin about once a week for years. I suspect Ramen is not really that good as a staple.

When I eat lots of greasy meat though, I don't need the fiber...like at all.
Whole grain wheat appears to help, but I'm acting like a vampire to a cross to bread right now, chasing the keto.
I probably had 40g of carbs today, twice as much as should be, some things snuck up on me.

Little green tree things is what I'm talking about. Has ample Vitamin C (which won't come from the meat OP is eating) and helps lower estrogen in men.

Adult brocoli is predominantly Fibre which we cannot digest.

Adult brocoli binds it's nutrients and lack other nutrients we need to unlock them.
So most of it passes our as shit.

Adult brocoli never wanted to be eaten so using chemical warfare employs anti nutrients to prevent us absorbing what we need.

Eat meat and bypass this shit.

Or use external fermentation or eat baby brocoli.

If our gut bacteria can break down Fibre then we would get nutrients and energy from Fibre.
We can't.

Any fermentation that does occur from Fibre would cause us swelling, bloating from gases from bad bacteria.

aha! I did and my coffee usage skyrocketed so it didnt help.
I honestly believe it's the caffeine at this stage, soda is probably less than coffee, but cant have it without sugar.
Tea with Caffeine, Black tea, got me down from the coffee madness and I really like Peppermint tea which made me notice even the tiny amount in black tea, so now I'm no caffeine at all and no sugar.

I can control my anxiety much better now, I thought something was wrong with my brain. I can focus again.

If you're eating grain fed beef make sure you supplement with a quality Omega-3. Grain fed has high Omega-6 and it's bad for you. The easiest healthy source of Omega-3 that doesn't also contain poison is fermented cod liver oil, which you can buy in capsule form.

About to be 49.. weight about 185.. trying to stay lean and get to 195.

I can do 15 strait pull ups now.

3 sets of 10 205 on the bench.

I'd suggest running man instead of sit ups been doing those my entire life always had a pretty solid core just doing sets of 100 touching each knee 100 times only count right touches.

Meat, Eggs, fresh raw spinach, and ~2 liters of water.

If you get hungry between meals then drink warm water with beef/chicken bouillon cubes. Most times when you feel like eating carbs/sugar your body is actually craving salt.

The local WinCo has bone bags that they sell. I like grabbing one with a big marrow bone and putting that in with my stews. Low and slow, after 10-11 hours that marrow melts into the broth and makes it absolutely delicious.

Straight meat will cause deficiencies even if you eat organs and raw meat. Fatty cuts do have more vitamins but you will need to eat liver and eggs and find a source for vitamin C. The best grass fed beef doesn’t have enough C even raw.

I weigh nekkid before AND after each shit.
I'm avging about a lb, for a long time now, but I wasnt actually losing weight/fat.
That's why I decided to actually set a target and drive this truck. It's working.

I expect to lose more tmw, ran 1.5 miles today, situps everyday, bowflex every other day.
I made the remark "lonely time is training time" awhile back and my kid is away. I don't ever want to be fat.

Try out some eggs and things like broccoli and cauliflower. Make sure to get your magnesium and other salts. They make carb-conscious wraps that don't add many carbs if you want "sandwiches" again.

Butter is excellent. I eat meat dairy and eggs and I am bigger meaner and stronger than you and I can throw you through a garage door. Chop trees with an axe, dig trenches with a shovel and pitchfork manure and mulch, and ride a bike. These three things are a total body workout that can't be beat. And they accomplish things and are fun to do. Just get out in the sun and sweat and do manual labor it pays off bigly
