Pretty much same as now. It has credibility because the federal government and the banks use it as official currency, and downstream US citizens use it. The US dollar existed long before federal taxes, retard.

They steal nothing. People literally have to inform the IRS of their private financial affairs to "owe income taxes", and it takes effort. Cattle types become servants to businesses and companies that collaborate with the IRS, and they typically have to beg to do so.

Higher Caste four legs create businesses and companies, but specifically include the IRS in their affairs, to the extent that even the details of their private arrangements with their servants are just handed over.

The dynamic between the cattle and the ranchers doesn't excuse the cattle from guilt for the crimes they finance.
