I make a chicken veggie calzone that's pretty damn good.

1) zuch
1) yellow squash
1) red onion
portabella mush
1/2 lb shredded chicken
1.5 lbs mozz

jar of sundried tomatoes
5 cloves garlic
1/2 cup cream cheese
black pepper
blend

spread over grilled chicken and veggies, wrap, bake @ 325 for an hour

YUM.
