Niggers and Spics run huge organized crime rings for stolen cars, drugs, sex-trafficking, and stolen goods. The gangs are mostly allowed to operate without the threat of being arrested, or even investigated.

Stolen cars are so common that the police don't even investigate, and limit their involvement to taking just the needed information over the phone/email to allow insurance companies to do their part.

Stolen cars are stripped specifically for the resale of individual parts to legit businesses inside the U.S. and even internationally. They knowingly buy stolen parts to repair cars in dealership service centers via a 3rd party.
