Seriously, people have become totally worthless. Two sales prospects were scheduled today and the second of the two was more interesting than the first. The first gal came in on time (on time is a thing) and we had a great interview. She’s smart, personable, willing to work, everything went well. The second interviewee calls in two hours before schedule and says she can’t make it and would like to reschedule. WTF? How even does that work?
I took the call and played like I was just taking a message for “the boss”. I know what she was doing, she didn’t want to come in and she knows that there is no “re-scheduling”, but at least she called? Better than the last two who flaked. Looks like we’ll be hiring the Sri Lankan lady. She’s the one who showed up and is willing to work. Can’t get any of these White bitches to show up.
Say what you want, go on with your racist tropes, but I’m trying to grow a business here and this young lady wants to work. She has the education and the experience and for the record, the last one we hired is of Chinese descent. We also have a half Mexican in our employ and she’s good too. Guess what, they were all born here and speak impeccable English and are willing to work. Can’t get any trifling white cunts to do the job.
I really do go out of my way to focus in on and hire White folks, but when they don’t show up, and we’re three down in the last week, wtf am I supposed to do? I can’t hire people who don’t show up. Besides, where we work, our educated, millionaire, traveled and affluent customer base won’t have any problem and will probably appreciate the “diversity”.
Regardless, the wife and I are always in charge and the customer will always be cared for appropriately.
