Not a resident of this guy's province and have not heard of this scandal until now. It seems the British Columbia governement has the same organization that approves grants also write grants. Sounds like many of these government programs are just money laundering.

So the question which needs to be answered is how big a power supply is required to charge an electric truck in a reasonable time, the answer is stunning.
To charge an electric truck for a 45minute turnaround requires a 3 megawatt supply per truck (numbers directly from Bosch). To get that much power you need a main grid connection.
