Define "smarter". If you mean containing more information than a single human brain can contain and recall at will, then that was achieved a long time ago. If you mean truly understanding what the information they learned means and being able to calculate things it hasn't been taught...I want to see your work on those calculations Elon.
Ask an AI how many non-redundant games of tic-tac-toe that can be played. Most AIs will have a hard time understanding that a corner opening move is functionally the same in every case.
