Like the proposed CA state 50% wealth exit tax, every time these idiots propose another law it just accelerates the rate of businesses leaving. If you're thinking of closing up and leaving already, why wait?

Nothing says that you have to restock the shelves. Just shut off the utilities and leave the front doors open to empty shelves.
