It's the hands-on version of uBlock Origin. An extension to your browser that lets you control the individual page elements a site tries to load onto your computer.
For each of the addresses (~20 to 100+) it tries to load, you can allow or block cookies, CSS, media, scrips, XHR, frame, and other. There are tons of ad servers, trackers, and stuff you probably want to avoid.
On your first visit to a site, you can adjust your settings accordingly. I auto-block everything not directly from the specific '1st party' site for ALL sites, then go from there. Too much extra work for some people, but I prefer to block as much sketchy stuff as I can.
