"Get some type of work out in. Maybe just body lifting stuff 30 minutes. Go jog pussy!"

Just curious if other goats do this type of thing. It's surprising how many times I get that text and go shit guess i need to go jog and do some pull ups and push up maybe through in some shit I've not done before like balancing on one leg while doing curls.

As an older goat I need to keep my work outs going

I do sometimes when I see something while roaming around and I want to look it up later.
You can also use email to send texts, if you know the recipients carrier. Example:
[email protected] works for T-Mobile.

Set a weekly paper schedule of all the things you need to do. At the end of the week, make a new one. Keep all of your tasks in the margin and select the most important one for the next available time. You don't want to schedule too many tasks or nothing gets done. Always focus on the most impactful task, even if it isn't the most fun. You will accomplish more than you ever thought possible.

It's a good idea but I usually just use Samsung notes on my phone. Then I can color code stuff based on importance or whatever.
