Yes. The ones i buy are specifically 'For external use only'.

I buy a somewhat budget label brand that is 100% epsom salts (magnesium sulphate) that are on the same store shelf next to all the fancy perfumed brands that are almost 4 times the price for similar weight.

Anyways my morning 100% Green tea after organic apple cider vinegar/ 1 tbs Inulin and filtered water to wash down stinging nettle root extract, high dose milk thistle and quercetin tablets 20 mins before i even begin to think about eating breakfast and daily morning vitamins/ supplements does the trick for me.

I quit taking stinging nettles every day (I only use it when I workout, then I take 2 with my pre-workout). I'm working out every other day, currently, so I am still taking it, but I had some issues that cleared up when I stopped taking it 7 days a week. You should add NAC to your regimen. I also take milk thistle and quercetin -- plus a few others I only use before a workout.

Yes already take NAc - at dinner time with other supplements.
Literally Just started 3g citrulline today (already taking 5g creatine for maybe 5/6 months) as part of my preworkout.
Currently in a 4 day a week (upper body then lower body) split.
Good times.
