So I watched the video. There are so many bluetooths around all the time but in order for this to be a true test you would have to be far out in a field somewhere with nothing electronic around you would know that people around you. And then you'd have to scan for unnamed bluetooth. I don't know if it would work or not but it'd be interesting to go out and feel with one other person if you're on backed and scan them of course if they had their phone with them it might show up even if they had Bluetooth all because you can't really trust the Bluetooth is turned off.
