I honestly doubt that Russia would consider risking provoking direct U.S. involvement, when they know things will change after Trump wins the presidency.

All Putin has to do is wait it out, and Trump will force Jewkraine to yield.

The U.S. is already doing everything short of direct kinetic attacks on Russian forces-targets right now. We are providing weapons, tactical planning, intelligence, and communications support.

I wasn't necessarily suggesting that they did. My question was what if the US government found out that they did.

Firstly, would the government tell us? Would the US strike Russia? If so, how? And risk a war that could end up going thermonuclear?

And, if the best the US could hope to do without direct military involvement is what we see in Ukraine, Russia has very little to worry about.

I think both the U.S. and Israel have been hitting Russian targets since 2014, by using "3rd party contractors" on loan to the Ukrainians.

Remember that passenger Jet shot down inside Ukrainian airspace that MSNBC and CNN spent weeks attempting to blame Russia for? They were even caught trying to pass off faked radar data to blame them.

I am certain that U.S. trained forces, and U.S. supplied weapons took that down.

What was my first thought when I heard the news.

They've attacked the Crimean bridge twice. Russia had it back up and running in 24 hours. They are telling us that even with a federal government promise to foot the bill, it's gonna take 10 fucking years to rebuild it.

If just 5% of the total U.S. population resists in a sustained manner, then they will absolutely lose all control.

Putin and Iran are smart enough not to take the bait, and engage. They know they just have to wait for Trump to win in less than 7 months, and Jewkraine will be forced to surrender.

This is exactly why Israel is doing everything possible to provoke Iran as we speak.
