They bring their patient a hair's breadth away from death, and then keeps them there for however many hours the surgeon needs. You can't DEI that job and expect good results.

My anaesthesiologist told me that right before a procedure on my hand a few years ago. It was very reassuring.

A good friend of mine has an uncle that is an anesthesiologist, and has a hole speech on how Hard and important the job is because they have to custom make each cocktail for each patients make up. But then also said they not only don’t do simple blood tests to figure out how, but when interviewing the patient for their criteria, they are actually trained to prioritize the convenience of the surgeon so the patient doesn’t wake up during surgery, over the patient’s life.
So if a patient gives their exact height, weight, and health information, they are actually supposed to ignore all that and make sure the mixture is extra strong, if they have a hunch the patient might not be honest about doing drugs or other shit. So none of that is necessary if they just did actual blood work, but they don’t, and are trained to mix up the cocktail based on the hutch.
So what do you wanna bet percentage of whites that die this way from nigger anaesthesiologists is higher than the reverse?
