There is quite literally no evidence for Jesus being a Nazarite except that He takes an ascetic approach to life and may have had longer hair. Even IF He was a Nazarite, that's a temporary vow, not something you are born as or are for your entire life. It has literally nothing to do with birthplace or skin color.

Secondly, your taking a verse out of context. Lamentations 4 is poetic verses speaking about Zion. You're leaving out important context:

"Those who ate delicacies Are desolate in the streets; Those who were brought up in scarlet Embrace ash heaps. The punishment of the iniquity of the daughter of my people Is greater than the punishment of the sin of Sodom, Which was overthrown in a moment, With no hand to help her! Her Nazirites were brighter than snow And whiter than milk; They were more ruddy in body than rubies, Like sapphire in their appearance. Now their appearance is blacker than soot; They go unrecognized in the streets; Their skin clings to their bones, It has become as dry as wood." Lamentations 4:5‭-‬8 NKJV
