Alzhiemers was called senility before it was called alzheimers.

I've personally known old people who ate margerine instead of butter most of their lives and never got alzhiemers before they died old of other things. Everyone dies of something.

Common sense says butter is better than margarine, that's all you need to know not to eat garbage.

Old grannies got cataracts too. They thought their eyes wore out from strain.

Margarine was never allowed.
Three generations have never knowingly consumed it best I know.
Mayonnaise has also been home made every two weeks as far back as I can remember.

Lately it's been avocado oil(not the cheap shit)
If you research it you'll see the use of different healthy oils and the mixing of them depending on taste preference.
