Based on my experience with nigger wrangling back in the early 90's, I once designed a modular, nigger-resistant, convenience store for use in vibrant urban areas.
You'd be surprised how much ANY facility designed to survive and continue to function in that environment, no matter what it's original purpose, will always end up resembling (and requiring many of the same features as) just a smaller version of a maximum security prison.
