If there is one thing I've learned in reading philosophy and jurisprudence books - it's that you can't get two scholars to agree completely about what the US Constitution says. Typically 'constitutionalists' are Bircher or Ron Paul types that vaguely imagine some ideal society if whatever they think the Constitution really means will be put into effect. But it leads to nothing actionable, nothing worthwhile. It leads to nothing. Which if you're a glowie is kinda the point.
You know what the US Constitution is maybe useful for? Toilet paper. You might try wiping your ass with it. And an American flag while you're at it.
