Catbox often goes down but you may need to change your dns. Similar to archive.today domains.

I use dns.opendns.com

Reddit quote from several years ago:

Catbox is currently blocked by some ISPs and filtered DNS servers. If you're a subscriber of British Telecom (BT), Vodafone, or some Australian/New Zealand ISPs, and are not using custom DNS servers, you will probably have issues. Additionally, Catbox has been blocked by Quad9 before. The question is, why are you still using ISP/filtered DNS servers? Consider using OpenDNS, Quad8 (Google DNS), or Level3.

Probably your ISP. I can only access catbox links on my WiFi. As soon as I use my 4G I can't load any catbox pages. This was a relatively recent change for my setup. A month or so ago, everything worked fine. Now it doesn't matter how I play with the settings, vpn's, or different browsers. No mobile access to catbox.
Luckily I have Yakuza owned fiber optic at home, where I'm not throttled and restricted

If you're trying to use your mobile network then most likely your isp. Catbox never works for me on my mobile network but works almost all the time on my wifi.

Can we finally get an answer to this? Who is your mobile network? It's not much of a dox, as there are only 3 major carriers in the entire country: AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile.

He could use spectrum, virgin or mint and not know what towers he is actually on.

Spectrum is Verizon, Virgin was shut down and folded into T-Mobile, and Mint is also T-Mobile. It's not hard to find out what actual carrier you use -- just do a search.
