Maybe the fear of the US/UK/Israelis is that Russia and Muslim world come together to protect their interest, so the concert bombing is to drive a wedge between them to isolate US/Ukraine vs. Russia on one front and US/Israelis on another front, without Russia and Muslims joining forces to collectively protect themselves.
