Update in Maine: the chemicals are from teflon cooking that accumulate in human sewage.

decades ago the state was encouraging us to accept processed sewage as fertilizer by offering it for free. They would spread it on their fields.

Some of these farms have concentrations in the groundwater at 100X the safe limit.

Nothing can be done to get rid of it. I question how serious it actually is since no one is talking about banning teflon.

It is such a scam. Misty Brook Farm, which isy favorite place to get raw milk, stopped selling milk andeat for a couple weeks. Like you said, now what? Steps are not being taken to reduce further contamination so it is all just theater to control the masses.
